The entire handcrafting process takes about 1.5 - 2 weeks. However, our Master Craftsman is the only person handcrafting every individual ring. Therefore, the overall process takes about 3 weeks to 1 month.

Prices of every Ring do vary upon diamond size and the quality as well as the design of the ring that you choose to be crafted out.

But here’s an example of the prices for the rings that we have sold in the past

Typically, with a 0.5ct / F color / VS2 / 3Ex (Signature Ideal Cut)

On Athalia / Elizabeth: Starts from $3900

On Jael: Starts from $4000

On Victoria: Starts from $4500

We only offer GIA Graded diamonds and every diamond has laser engraved GIA Report No. on the diamond itself. During the Presentation, we will show you the diamonds and the GIA Certificates to ensure that the diamond is accurate.

As for the Ring, after the polishing job is done. It will go through 2 stages of Finishing Checks. First check will be done by our front desk team for any major flaws and final check by our master craftsman. Only when all these 2 checks are cleared will we notify you that your ring is ready for collection. Therefore, you can rest assure that your ring will be 150% when you come by to collect it.

We provide Resizing and Re-polishing services. You can always bring in the ring that needs to be resize to us, we will begin by measuring the old ring size and your current ring size as well. The charges of resizing a ring starts at $50.

Did you customised the engagement ring with us? If you did, FRET NOT! You are entitled to 1 FREE Resizing for your engagement ring to fit your partner’s finger PERFECTLY!

Charges are applicable for subsequent resizing. However! As you have customised the ring with us, you will be receiving a discounted rate for the resizing!

But if you did not get the ring from us, do read “I wish to adjust my ring, how can I do that”

The warranty only covers factory defects. However, if there is any repairs required. It will be assessed on a case by case basis.

During the appointment, we will guide you on the diamond selection process, budgeting for the ring, design selection, etc.

Well, our Master Craftsman isn’t Celebrimbor. There are certain limitations when it comes to handcrafting jewelleries. However, We are looking to incorporate technology to compliment our Master Craftsman’s handicraft, therefore, minimizing our limitations. Soon, we will be able to tell you, “YES!
